What health and safety considerations are there?


As we come together to celebrate our love, we will require that all guests be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to attending our wedding. This means two weeks after a second dose of Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna, or two weeks after a single dose of the Janssen/Johnson & Johnson vaccine.


If vaccination is not possible (and we understand it may not be), we ask that you do not attend our wedding and we will find a way to celebrate together in the future.

This will help ensure the health and safety of our loved ones. As the COVID-19 pandemic evolves, we will continue to communicate any additional health & safety measures with our guests in a timely manner.



Since we are asking that everyone be vaccinated, we are anticipating that masks will be optional. If you would be more comfortable wearing a mask, you are welcome to bring your own or use ones provided at the venue. Should we move to require masks, we will inform all guests in advance. 

Can I drive to the ceremony & reception?

Nope. We are requiring all guests utilize our complimentary shuttle service to and from the venue, regardless of if you plan to drink alcohol or not. The venue is located in a remote area which is both difficult and unsafe to navigate to (yes, even if you know how to drive in the mountains!)

What should I bring? 

It can get chilly in the evenings in the mountains! We recommend you bring a light jacket or long sleeve layer (there will be a coat rack onsite). As well, please bring your ID if you plan to drink alcohol. Leave the rest to us! 

What should I wear?

Please dress in cocktail attire! Cocktail attire is a balance between formal and casual dress style. 


On the feminine side this looks like a knee-length, tea-length, or midi dress. This could also be a polished jumpsuit or suit.


On the masculine side, wear a button down shirt with a suit or sport coat/trousers. For footwear, wear dress shoes. Ties are not required. 

Please no jeans, t-shirts, polos, flip flops, sneakers, athleisure, etc.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, and the reception will be indoors & outdoors. In the event of extreme weather, we will move the entirety of the event indoors. 

Are kids welcome?

We are limiting the number of kids that are invited. If your little ones are on your invite, please feel free to bring them along! We do ask that you help us minimize disturbances by quickly stepping away as needed to soothe upset children during the ceremony.

Can I bring a plus one?

We are limiting the number of plus ones to keep our ceremony as intimate as possible. Please refer to your invitation to see if you are invited to bring a guest.
